REtuRN Policy
Denise Nicole Designs, LLC has a 10 day return policy for all products purchased. If the item arrived damaged or you find the item unsatisfactory, we encourage you to [email protected] for full refund or replacement of damaged item. Items must be returned in the original box, unused, and include all materials in original package. All shipping charges are exclusive of this agreement.

Payment Method
Denise Nicole Designs accepts credit cards through Square. We also can accept payments though Square Invoices. When sent a request of an item of interest we can send the customer a square invoice to their email for a seamless & secure checkout.

Shipping & Handling
Once payment is processed, items will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail, UPS, or Fed-Ex. The customer will receive an email with the tracking#, picture of product shipped (in package), and invoice of your payment.
If the order is not in stock you will receive an email to let you know the date your order will ship. Express items can be shipped either through Express mail service or FedEx. Minimum shipping costs for all retail orders in the US is calculated at checkout.
We can ship to P.O. boxes but will not be responsible for items lost or damaged while in P.O. Box Location. Denise Nicole Designs, LLC always require an accurate address in order to get your items to you on time. Please note that items will take 3-7 business days to reach you and that environmental hazards and bad weather condition can slow down the process.
Custom-made items may take an average wait time of 4-7 days to process, and email will be sent when order has shipped.

We can design custom orders for all our products:
However this requires our company to know what our customer wants (theme) or images for a design. After this knowledge is collected we must have an agreement with the customer upon the design process. Depending on the product our design process can be between a few days or one week.
It is important for our customer to correspond with us through email and phone upon the completing of the design.

- All custom-orders require a deposit that will be added to the original price of product.
- Usually a $5 copayment is required for all new product designs requested.
- Customer contact information is also required and should be submitted through the contact form on this website.

The pandemic truly allowed us time to reorganize and revamp our procedures to stay safe. Due to the rise of Covid cases we are strictly following the safety procedures of our state.
