I have discovered a new technique to gardening. I'm experimenting with growing both sweet and white potatoes in pots and Milk Jug gardening. They are both looking really well. Not only is gardening plants, vegetables and herbs great for another food source, it is also very relaxing and good for your mental health. Just the feeling of having something you have grown with your own hands, provides clarity to where your food comes from. This is also a great activity for kids and they really love planting things and watching them grow. Look at my Milk Jug and try to guess what this is growing in it.
